Kirsten Gillibrand Next US State Secretary








New York Representative Kirsten Gillibrand of the Democrats will be the next Secretary of State as she replace Hillary Clinton, in addition- Representative Kirsten Gillibrand will be announcing the transfer of position in Albany and she invited all congressional delegation for the event, according to news report.

Politician and Democrats member, Kirsten Elizabeth Rutnik Gillibrand was born on December 9, 1966 in Albany, New York. Gillibrand parents are also known to their political connections, her father Douglas P. Rutnik is a public attorney and her mother Polly Noonan Rutnik also a respected attorney. Gillibrand graduated at Emma Willard School in 1984 and in 1988 at Dartmouth College from which she become a magna cum laude. Kirsten Gillibrand continue her degree from law in 1991 at UCLA School of Law and practice her skills as a clerk in Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Gillibrand established her name as the first female new York representative and first Democratic representative of the District since 1979.
