Jiverly Voong a.k.a. Jiverly Wong in Binghamton New York shooting incident on April 3, 2009.

Jiverly Voong is a 42 years old immigrant from Vietnam who presently leaving at Johnson City who was early said that was been laid off from his job in Endicott, though according to Maurice D. Hinchey, U.S. Representative that there are sources who said that Jiverly Voong the gunman is laid off from IBM Corporation Company but there is no confirmation yet that Jiverly Voong is a worker in IBM. There is no available picture of Jiverly Voong at this time.

 
According to the incident report Jiverly Voong entered American Civic Association immigration center in Binghamton New York City and shot 14 people who was dead on the spot, 26 were reportedly wounded and now are being treated with medical attention in Wilson Medical Center and Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital.
